For the conference price, you'd better contact us to help you to book a hotel room before Aug 1^th, 2019. Please complete the following form information. You will pay the reservation fee at the reception of the hotel when you attend the conference.

If you want to delete the room reserve information, please fill in your email and click the "Delete" button. And then if you want to rebook the room, please fill in the above form again.

Once you have made the hotel reservation, we may not be able to accept any change for another type of hotel reservation after Aug 1^st, 2019.
